About Us

Traditional Chinese Herbal Plaster Therapy

Dasenna Health is focused on traditional Chinese herbal plaster therapy for people seeking natural support for pain, injuries, recovery, mobility, and overall comfort.

My work is connected to the (Pak Hok Pai) White Crane Gung Fu lineage, where martial arts training and traditional injury care have long been practiced together. In Chinese, this type of therapy is commonly known as Tit Da / Dit Da medicine, meaning “fall and strike” injury care.

At Dasenna Health, traditional herbal knowledge, hands-on experience, and White Crane principles are brought together to support people with acute and chronic discomfort in a natural, grounded, and respectful way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Chinese herbal plaster therapy uses traditional herbal formulas selected based on the specific area of pain, discomfort, or injury. The herbs are ground into a fine powder and mixed with water to create a thick herbal paste.

The paste is then applied onto a thin protective plastic layer to help keep the herbs moist, and placed over the targeted area for support. The plaster is secured using specific hypoallergenic 3M medical tape, helping it stay comfortably in place during the treatment period.

Common areas include upper back, lower back, shoulder, neck, wrist, knee, head, muscles, ligaments, bones and joints.
